Rick Random Série britannique du même nom parue originellement en petit format dans la revue "Super Detective Library". La série fut créée en 1953 par Conrad Frost et Bill Lacey sous la direction de Edward Holmes (directeur de la revue) dans le N°37. Ron Turner fut ensuite l'un des principaux artistes de la série. De nombreux scénarios ont été écrits par Harry Harrison.
Une sélection de dix récits a été rééditée en 2008 par Prion Books en anglais.
